To start a return, you can contact us at infoevosmia@gmail.com or directly through the website. Do not return item(s) without contacting us first. Please be sure to include your Order # and proof of purchase when contacting us.
Products may be returned/refunded (based upon the original payment method) within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable).
Make sure it is properly and carefully packaged so no damage can occur upon its return. Once we have received your item, you will be notified and if approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All refunds will be issued within 3-14 business days after we receive the item.
Evosmia cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges:
- Opened and used item(s)
- "Buyer's Remorse"
- Allergic Reactions
- any fragrance samples/decants due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur.
- orders returned outsided allowed time frame
- items that are reported missing, damaged en route or that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company
- items on sale
- gift cards
- Any item for whom the billing address provided was incorrect or undeliverable will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned. If delivered to an address that was inputted incorrectly at checkout we will not be unable to assist with retrieval.
- any fees related to customs duties/taxes
In the event we have sent you a wrong product/parcel we will gladly resolve the issue as soon as possible at no extra cost to the buyer. A shipping label will be provided to you. Please make sure to contact us first before taking any steps.
