Orders

All prices are in Canadian Dollars, and only Canadian Dollar will be accepted as payment.

Allow 2-3 business days for all orders/payments to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays). 

 **Please allow extra time during busy periods (Easter, Christmas, etc.)** 

All orders are shipped out (within 2-3 business days) from Montreal, Monday to Friday, using CANADA POST EXPEDITED PARCEL USA with a tracking number provided.

Evosmia Parfums  is not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post.  Once your package leaves our location, we have very little to no control over the package.  You can reach out to us but we recommend you contacting Canada Post directly.

Customers are responsible for any fees related to customs duties/taxes.

All shipments have a CANADA POST standard coverage (insurance) of CAD$100 in case of a loss (Not Delivered) during shipping process. For the moment, we can't offer any added INSURANCE. If this is an option you really want, contact us before you place an order and we will try to accommodate.

We do offer FREE SHIPPING (Expedited) on all orders over $200 (not including taxes) on bottle(s) 

SAMPLES - Shipping is incuded. Samples will be  shipped STANDARD option in regular bubble envelope.
